One of the key issues is communication/social skills. Whilst having help to socialise may not be relevant on its own, help to engage in conversations could be regarded as attention, particularly where prompts and explanations are required.
It is also important to consider just how inappropriate or anti-social a claimant's behaviour is; whilst minor problems could be ignored, anything which places the claimant at risk (eg is argumentative with strangers) or where the behaviour leads to aggression, damaging property or otherwise putting others in danger is relevant. It comes down to the individual effects of the condition and what could be done to help alleviate them.
In terms of the low rate of mobility, consider to what extent a claimant has difficulty following instructions/directions, asking for help and whether they would simply avoid going anywhere unfamiliar if unaccompanied.
