I'd like to find a Commissioner's decision, but I don't know when it was made, or much of what it was about, so it's proving elusive.

All I know is that the decision relates to entitlement to JSA for students over the summer holidays. It says that single parent students not being able to claim JSA in the summer holidays contravenes Article 14 of the Human Rights Act, and the Commissioner advised that the DWP change their regulations.

I've tried having a look on the OSSC website, and on briefcase here, but I'm failing.

Does anyone know the case number??

I believe the regs may be changed in the near future to get rid of the problem. The DWP, bless'em, usually does in these cases.
