In phoning our IS/JSA processing centre, we think the automated answering service would more truthfully speak as follows:
"Welcome to jobcentre plus, please choose from one of the following options:
Press 1 to receive the engaged tone Press 2 to be cut off without warning Press 3 for infinite hold For all other methods of ending this call, press 4.
This call will now end."
What's your experience of call centres...? Any other ideas?
