4 Week Run On

I thought I seen or read somewhere that the rules had changed to allow people who had the 4 week HB & CTB run on to then have the same rules applied as anyone else leaving benefit?

In other words they dont have the hassle of the on-going HB & TCB claim ending and being forced to re-claim again a fresh, they simply just report a change in circumstances like most others do.

Cannot find it anywhere (If the change exists) so any help appreciated.

This is coming but it's not here yet! I think it is in the Welfare Reform Bill.
