i should know this, but can't find anything definitive. Due to a delay in getting estimates, client has already moved and got her removal done and carpets down, that she wants to claim CCG for. She has the invoices but not yet paid (has no savings left). Are SF likely to refuse because either (a) she's already had the services so can't be said to be still in need of them or (b) already moved? and if so, any tactics to suggest? thanks
