Hi Can anyone help? If it states in a lease that the service charge is variable, £50 is charged, but it turns out to be £52, can the HB be backdated to April? Obviously the service charge would be refunded to the tenant if the service charge turned out to be less than what was charged. Therefore the tenant should return it to HB.
