DLA high rate mobility for under 3 year olds? Tue 15-Jun-04 12:10 PM
Hi A client contacted me re her 18 month old son. She had claimed DLA and been awarded LRC. She wants to get HRM. I explained that it is only available from 3 yrs and up. She knew this rule but said a friend of hers won HRM for her 1 yr old baby by the Human Rights route.
Does anyone have any info on this that may help my client and others in a similar position?
