Does anyone have any good caselaw to hand regarding the fact that Part 2 of the LT54 hasn't specified whether a supersession or revision is been made?

And IB56 the district worksheet for Personal Capability Assessment on page one has a series of tick boxes, usually nothing has been ticked anywhere on the worksheet, is there any caselaw regarding this
