jonty, from the bbc's 'the world tonight' is preparing a piece ahead of next week's budget, and is interested in making a recording of a client receiving advice on how to apply for tax credits that they are entitled to but have so far not claimed. (Eg because they didn't know they were entitled and/or didn't know how to apply.)
