Hi all
In shared ownership it is common practise within the lease to have variable service charges.
This means that at the end of the year the expenditure is reviewed and the customer is invoiced the shortfall or refunded the difference.
So the obvious question is: If there is an excess service charge to pay will HB cover the difference back to the previous April, and if so under what reg?
