Help!!I'm having major difficulties in understanding clients TC602(A) award notices, especially when trying to use the IR explanation form TC602PE.
This supposedly short explanation form to help understand entries in the payment sections does not bear any resemblance, in most cases, to what appears on clients TC602(A) award notices.
Has anyone managed to get an understanding of how they're calculating these award notices?

Not yet no but, i'm about to try the advice given on page 9 of the TC602 notes booklet which says:

"The helpline staff can explain how we have worked out your award and send you a detailed calculation if you need one."

Call me sceptical but i will believe this only when i see it with my own two eyes!!
