I understand that a mobile home or carvan without an engine is subject to CT if it is the persons sole or main residence. Also that a movable holiday caravan is not. So how is a touring caravan which moves from site to site during the year treated , and if liable for CT is the resident supposed to register with the CT department in each area for the period they are there?
