i feel i should know this BUT!

If someone has DLA for three years until Feb 2008, but this is reduced on renewal in October 2007 taking effect from Feb 08, what evidence / information should any tribunal / appeal look at would it be as at?

Date of new decision October 2007 effective from February 2008?

Or

Date of new lower award start date February 2008?

Date would be the date of the decision
