Can anyone help please? overpayment for year 2004/5 based on income of 16k. RMS obtained county court judgement may 07. HMRC income tax notice (June 07) now showing correct income as only 8,000 for same period. HMRC saying it is too late for them be able to do anything about the OP and suggest client applies to set aside the judgement. Any thoughts?
