Just found out that this morning there is ONE person in the whole of Herts dealing with applications for NiNos. (Usually three - big deal!)

There used to be someone dealing with this in each DWP office in the county, and it seems this is only going to reduce. It's impossible to get through to them.

After all of the business over NiNos last year you'd have hoped it would be improving, not getting worse.

What's anyone else's experience?

The whole thing reminds me of when France was being uppity about imported electrical goods in the 80s and everything had to go through one shack in the middle of nowhere when one man had to check and hand stamp every video and telly individually.

But that was electrical goods of course.
