Joint JSA claim
I know i will appear stupid for asking this question but here goes anyway!!!
What is the differance between a couple making a joint claim and one claiming and adding the other as a partner??
Its been one of them days and my head is a shed so i apploges now!!!!
Thanks
A joint claim is where both members of the couple must satisfy the labour market conditions.
In summary, if one member of the couple is responsible for a child, only one of them has to satisfy the labour market conditions (and the other member of the couple is included as a partner on the claim).
Thank you so much that is now clear in my shed head!!!
hi carolyn -
