Attendance Allowance and recent time spent in the UK
I had a client today who has been refused Attendance Allowance as they have not spent 104 of the last 156 weeks in the UK, they confirmed this is correct, they stated they were overseas due to a family emergency and then him having a medical emergency when he was there- I was wondering if there are any mitagating circumstances that would give grounds for a MR/ Appeal, I can not find anything in guidance.
Thanks
