Any ideas on where to advertise a welfare post free of charge?

Does anyone here know of any appropriate web sites or other platforms where we could advertise a part-time job free of charge? The NBTA is looking to take on a casework co-ordinator for its team of volunteer caseworkers. We tried this as a voluntary role and it didn’t work so we are looking to make it a paid role. All suggestions gratefully received. Thank you.
