Having been off work for a few months I am a bit out of touch, I have been asked today if there has been a change in the hours you are allowed to study and claim benefits, the person who asked heard it mentioned in a meeting but was not sure if it applied to IS or JSA , anyone any info please?
Just to add we mostly deal with 16-21 year olds so not sure if it is anything specific to young people,I can only find there has been an extension of IS to 21 for some students
