Regulation 19, Claims and Payments

Hi there, Just a quick question. I am using an omission of advice on claiming benefits from a profesional body in order to try and satisfy part e. Basically arguing that an immigration solicitors failure to provide any written advice on a persons welfare benefit entitlement has led them to believe that a claim would not succeed. Have lots of written advice on immigration problem, but no benefit advice to client. Any ideas or supportive caselaw that may help my client?
