Just been to Mag.Ct Fines Clinic with cl.He is on reduced IS pending PCA appeal.Minimum they would accept was £6 per week and couldn't do deductions.If he had been on full rate then £5 would have been deducted directly.Any logic in this?

Since when did logic and the social security system ever talk to each other?
