Can anyone confirm that from October 2009 child maintenance will be completely disregarded for Income Support?

A colleague of mine says she read it somewhere but we can't find it now

Hi Sary

The Welfare Reform White paper includes at chapter 7.15 a proposal to fully disregard child maintenance payments for all means tested benefits from April 2010. See http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/fullversion.pdf
