Does anyone jave a linky to hand to the regulations that regulated student visas in 2004. I've a Pole who was in UK pre May 2004 as student. Was granted residence permit immediately as exempt from WRS. Passport stamp says work must be authorised, hence falls foul of "no restriction to work" at reg 2(2) A8 (WRS) however client tells me she could work up to 20 hours with no further ado.

If anyone knows the regs it'd be a godsend, otherwise if I find it i'll post it.

Theer ain't no regs, it's a concession, so I discovered once I'd tripped over the mogration & SSB handbook... doh!
